At Pilatique, we are passionate about sharing high-quality fitness and pilates products worldwide. Some items are shipped directly from our international partners, which may occasionally cause slight delays. Shipping times are provided as guidelines only, and exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

⏳ Pre-orders & back-orders

If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will:

• Ship available items immediately,

• Dispatch the remaining items as soon as they arrive in stock.

🔎 Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email (and SMS if you entered your phone number) with a tracking ID and link to follow your package’s journey. Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking information to update.
